Situated in over 15,000 square meters (3.5 acres) of private land in the countryside close to the historic town of Algaida, accommodating 8 people in 4 bedrooms or up to 10 people utilising additional bed facility in master bedroom.

Algaida (Arabic for forest) is located approximately 20 kms to the east of Palma on the Manacor road and under 20 minutes drive from Palma Airport. This typically Mallorquine town has 3 small supermarkets and several shops including bakers, butchers, pharmacy and banks to cater for all holiday needs. There are a number of bars and restaurants locally, featuring Mallorcan cuisine plus an excellent pizza restaurant.

The house is approximately 4 kms from Algaida and is reached by country roads. A hire car is essential. Although the airport is some 20 kms away there is occasional aircraft noise.

The closest beach is Playa de Palma, 20 mins drive away and is, in fact, one of the best beaches on the Island. Playa de Palma and adjoining C'an Pastilla and Arenal also boast a wealth of restaurants and attractions. However being centrally located, means that most beaches & places of interest on the island are within easy reach by car. Approximate distances to popular areas are as follows:
